Whilst out canvassing in Greenway, off White Horse Hill, a number of residents expressed their concern about the pedestrian refuge crossing opposite the Co-op on the corner of White Horse Hill and Victoria Road
It is extremely difficult to see anything when crossing opposite the Co-op – you actually have to move onto the road to see, which is extremely dangerous! – as there is usually a line of parked cars blocking your view on the right.
A posting on social media prompted a number of responses agreeing that people are concerned about crossing here.
We are therefore pleased to advise that, following our approach to London Borough of Bromley, they have now added this location to their list for investigation. We shall monitor the matter and update you as soon as there are any developments.
